Instructions:
Gently apply an appropriate amount to the face and body, ensuring even coverage. For the face, use approximately 1 cm in diameter. For the body, adjust the amount based on the area. Reapply after sweating or towel-drying to maintain the sun protection effect. To remove, use your usual cleanser (face wash or makeup remover for the face, body wash for the body).
